My experience was great with them. Brittany was amazing One of their sales representatives. They got me back on the road very quickly. I give them all five stars in my book. I would definitely go there again

I had a blowout 1000 miles from home on my newly purchased almost 30 year old truck. It has an oddball size tire by modern standards. After my co pilot called about 100 tire shops in the Cincinnati area, we found Major Tire. Not only did they have the tires we needed. They were actually an unbelievable deal. The guy at the counter understood the situation we were in and was able to toss the front tires on as soon as we rolled into the door. The taco stand in the parking lot is a 10/10 home run. Had an awesome burrito and was able to get back on the road minutes later. The price, availability, and willingness to help us get back on the road to our families makes this experience a 11/10. Also the building is super cool! Love the old automotive signs inside.

Blew a tire in Cincinnati 800 miles from home sure am glad I found major tire. They had the oddball tires in stock better price then I could get them on the internet. They got the truck in immediately and told us about the absolutely delicious taco truck in the parking lot. Both front tires mounted and balanced before I finished my burrito. 10/10 service better than any tire place I have ever done business with. Not to mention the building is outrageously neat looking. So if you live near major tire be lucky they are in your town and you can go to them on the regular. I think his name was Jason super nice guy!!!

Man give this place. 10/10 The girls from customer service simply amazing and also bilingual. Was really impressed with the customer services Down to the mechanic him self. Very nice and very professional. only shop in town we found that had 24 ft garage to fit out bucket truck in there. Brought the truck to this guys and told then that we where kinda in a time crunch as we used the buckets for work and we worked that very same night we brought the truck over. Part was mad hard to find and we where bummed out about having to wait 5 to 6 days just tk get the part. Little sis we know , as soon as we handed over the keys they started working on finding the part. Wish before we left the place they told us they had found the part and it was being delivered to them same day. Gets better we leave thinking the truck will be worked on over the weekend……. Wrong again!!! We saw them working on the truck as we left. Before you know it they call us and told us to swing by before they close that they would have our truck ready 🤯🤯 we was mind blown. Way to go guys. We truly appreciate your efforts and all you did to get our truck on the road. Thanks to you we was able to work that night and did n
